[2020 – Date] – Gained NGO environment exposure and experience in preparing budgets for the forthcoming year for USAID and PEPFAR donor funded projects; implementation of budgets with strict BVA, reviewing acquittals for compliance, completeness and accuracy; reviewing and authorizing travel per diem plans, requests and acquittals; collating timesheet and pay-sheet information for community volunteers and MoHCC locuums; familiarity with donor rules, reporting, regulations and operational procedures; managing provincial petty cash; disbursing cash to districts and setting up sound internal controls; using SAGE PASTEL Evolution modules and Stanbic Business Online

[2012 – 2020] Gained experience in managing fleet, financial reporting, reporting on and submission of taxes to ZIMRA such as PAYE, remittances to NSSA for NPS and WCIF, raising of vouchers and their authorization, issuing receipts and mastering receipted cash, banking cash received intact, maintaining an up to date banking register, maintaining profitability and liquidity records for tuck-shop and other projects run by the SDA, participating in both internal and external audits; usage of TS-School accounting software;

[2003 – 2011] Had practical and hand-on exposure and experience in budget tracking, budget versus actual/ budget variance analysis and reporting, minute writing, team building and team work, inventory management, account reconciliations as I assisted in management of school tuck-shop and clubs
